Posted by: Jack Bernstein

According to the authorities, this single-vehicle Las Vegas car accident occurred on Friday night at approximately 9:45 p.m.  An unidentified male was attempting to make a left turn near the intersection of Flamingo Road and Perry Street so that he could move into a parking lot.  However, something caused him to lose control of the vehicle during the turn and the car veered off the road.  The car crashed into a traffic signal pole and the driver was killed.  The passenger was transported to a nearby hospital, and her condition was not updated.

Getting an attorney

Clearly, much more investigation will be necessary in order to definitively determine what led to this fatal Las Vegas car accident.  However, hopefully the injured passenger will simply be able to file an insurance claim with the provider of the driver and have that claim approved.  If that is what occurs, filing a lawsuit against the estate of the driver for damages that were incurred as a result of this crash would not be necessary.
