Clearly, much more information would be needed in order to determine fault for this Henderson pedestrian accident.  If it turns out that the taxi driver was at fault, it could lead to the filing of a Nevada wrongful death lawsuit by the family of the man who was killed.  If it turns out that the pedestrian caused the crash, then it’s likely that no legal action will be filed against the driver and/or the taxi cab company.
