I don’t even know where to begin, or what to say. Jack and his team went above and beyond anything I could’ve ever expected. My family and I went through a truly horrid experience dealing with the tragic and sudden loss of my kids mother. The last thing we wanted to do was deal with the issues that followed, and I am not a fan of dealing with attorneys, or any of that type of thing. I reached out to Jack’s firm after a recommendation from a friend. Jack called me himself, and assured me he would guide me, and handle everything personally, every step of the way. He made himself available to me via his cell phone at any time day or night. He met me on my level, and made me feel comfortable talking to him, and listening to him. This was way more then just about the settlement, it was about the loyalty, his willingness to go the extra mile, keeping me calm when I didn’t want to be, being fully transparent, and making good on every aspect of his word he gave me and my family when this started. Yes he was able to win my kids a nice settlement, beyond anything we thought possible, but what mattered to us was Jack the man, and THAT is the reason I would never go to anyone else. 5 stars doesn’t do justice to what Jack and his team meant to my family.

I never give good reviews about lawyers but it would be a crime to not let the public know about Jack Bernstein. Last year I was in a auto accident I hired some clown in DT Summerlin I fired this guy menacal law in less then a week. 3 weeks later I hired jack Bernstein wasn’t sure what to expect he took my call and I liked what he hade to say. His office is on east warm springs nothing fancy very old school. After treatment of medical was completed Jack and his team went to work. They put a demand in and relentlessly highly recommending not to accept offers that were unacceptable. With that said, Jack was able to get the insurance company to pay out his full demand I’m amazed at this man’s knowledge and skills. I thought I was crazy for turning down some of the offers the ins company offered me. In the long haul I listened to Jack’s advice and it paid off big time. Furthermore Jack Bernstein will actually call you text you get back to you in most cases the same day or the very next day worse case scenario. Try getting service like that in Vegas from any other firm you won’t you’ll get some young girl that sounds like mini mouse or some one star lawyer assistant that doesn’t know their bottom from a hole in the ground. Jack Bernstein has your back. I can’t be more clear.
