Brigette attended the University of California, San Diego where she obtained a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Economics and Econometrics in 2009, graduating cum laude. Thereafter, Brigette returned home to Las Vegas to attend the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2012, after graduating cum laude. Brigette earned Cali Awards in Pre-Trial Civil Litigation and Business Formation & Administration during law school.

Biography
Brigette E. Foley is a native of Las Vegas and a 5th generation Nevada Attorney. Brigette attended the University of California, San Diego, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Economics and Econometrics in 2009, graduating cum laude. Thereafter, Brigette returned home to Las Vegas to attend the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2012, graduating cum laude. Brigette earned Cali Awards in Pre-Trial Civil Litigation and Business Formation & Administration during law school.
Since she was 15 years old, Brigette has worked in law firms. In high school, Brigette was a runner and demand writer for several personal injury and business law firms in Las Vegas. While in college, Brigette worked for a large personal injury law firm in San Diego, California, as a case manager and demand writer. While attending law school at night, Brigette worked full-time at a large insurance defense firm in Nevada as a paralegal and law clerk.
After graduating from law school and passing the Bar in May 2013, Brigette was hired by that same firm as an attorney, where she primarily handled healthcare law and commercial general liability matters. For the first 10 years of her practice, Brigette represented numerous commercial clients, including larger healthcare provider companies, individual healthcare providers, commercial transit companies, mortgage banks, and large hospitality and gaming companies in all aspects of civil litigation and appellate law. Brigette has represented clients in numerous bench and jury trials, as well as on appeal before the Nevada Court of Appeals, Nevada Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, and even the United States Supreme Court.
In March 2023, Brigette made the leap over to the Plaintiff’s side to represent injured people in all types of personal injury actions. Since making this move, Brigette has used her extensive knowledge of the insurance companies’ defense playbook to help her clients obtain greater financial compensation from insurance companies and big businesses.
Brigette has been licensed to practice before all Courts in the State of Nevada since May 2013. Brigette is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
In her spare time, Brigette enjoys going to the gym and staying active. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with her two children, her companion Travis, and their cat, Scottie.
